Nachos at Friscos? Oh yeah, baby! Inspired by Mexican food expert Claudia. Our Nachos are a simmering combo of Southwest chicken chili, finely shredded Monterey & cheddar cheeses and a touch of homemade salsa. This mildly spicy and bold mixture is served over crunchy tortilla chips or on the side for some mighty fine dipping. If you like hot, ask for some Wicked Wolf!
ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP.........$5.95
Another friscos original. This dip is one of the best you will taste. Finely chopped mild roasted red peppers and fresh spinach in a creamy white cheese sauce. Of course , we add our own blend of herbs and spices to create this fabulous dip. Chips are served on the side.
SKINNY GREEN PIZZA.............$4.95
Don't let the name fool you. This is our version of a California pizza. Our crust is thin and made with spinach and pesto. It has no tomato sauce on it, but does have lots of melted Monterey Jack, Cheddar and aged Romano cheeses. Our fresh tomato salsa garnishes the top and is baked into the cheeses. Light and very tasty. Not traditional pizza but very Friscos.

Not your same old, same old. We use ½ pound of fresh chicken, marinated & grilled to perfection. Our version features romaine lettuce mixed with our tomato salad. We add plenty of aged Romano cheese and homemade grilled butter & herb croutons.

This is a LOW CARB menu item. We simply make a beautiful green salad with tomatoes, fresh veggies, and top it with 1/2 pound of our grilled chicken. It's served with a no carb ceasar dressing and seasoned just right.
FLAT IRON STEAK SPECIAL.........$7.95
This steak is from mid-west corn fed cattle and the beef is tender and well seasoned. You get a 1/2 pound of grilled steak served with exploded potatoes and a salad...our way. Try one and you will see. Available after 4pm and all day on weekends.
