We serve this Mid-Western corn-fed beef. Our new cusomter favorite, has a half pound of tender steak, bodly seasoned, and grilled to perfection. Served on grilled sourdough bread, with provolone cheese, lettuce & tomotoes & our own delicious steak sauce. We grill to order so allow 10 minutes or so.
